2. Services Provided

Services America LLC provides marketing technology, web design, SEO, AI chatbot, video marketing, and related digital services primarily to home services businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, and similar trades). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for engagements are governed by separate written proposals or service agreements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting information from the Site without permission
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Using the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

4.1 Program Description

The Services America LLC SMS program sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to subscribers who have expressly opted in. Messages may include conversational replies, appointment reminders, account and service notifications, and (where you have opted in) promotional offers and marketing content.

4.2 How to Opt In

You may opt in to the SMS program by:

• Submitting a web form on our Site that includes clear SMS consent language and a checkbox you must affirmatively check
• Texting a designated keyword to our number
• Providing verbal consent during a recorded phone call
• Signing a written agreement that contains SMS opt-in language

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Services America LLC.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the message types you have subscribed to. Frequency may range from occasional notifications to several messages per week.

After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will not receive any additional messages from that program. If you wish to rejoin, sign up again through any of our opt-in channels or text START.

4.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.8 Privacy and Phone Number Sharing

Services America LLC does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

4.9 Changes to the SMS Program

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS program, or any portion of it, at any time without notice. We will notify subscribers of material changes where reasonable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the ABC Growth Framework methodology, is the property of Services America LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. User Submissions

If you submit content to us (including form responses, project files, testimonials, or feedback), you grant Services America LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.
